Where do you deliver?

We deliver only in the United Kingdom. Please check our shipping policy.

What are your delivery times?

Last Order Time: 2:00 PM  GMT - Greenwich Mean Time (London).

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday.

Delivery Time: Transit time will be 5-7 business days, Monday to Friday.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free delivery on all orders across the United Kingdom.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package. Our tracking page is here.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to return an item if you are not satisfied. Returned items must be in new condition, unworn, and with their original tags attached. To read the full details, please check our Returns & Refund Policy page.

How can I return an item?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team by email at support@bestukwinter.com. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Who pays for return shipping?

In accordance with our returns and refunds policy, we provide free returns for our customers. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email, regardless of whether the return is due to a change of mind or a defective item.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return package, we will inspect it. We will notify you via email if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your bank statement.

Our stock levels are automatically updated in real-time on our website. If a product you're interested in is out of stock, please contact us at support@bestukwinter.com and we will notify you by email as soon as the item is back in stock.

Do you offer warranties?

Yes, all our products come with the manufacturer's 2-year warranty, plus you have 30 days after receipt to decide whether to keep the product or not. For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team at support@bestukwinter.com with your order number and details of the issue.
