BEST HEATED WEAR currently ships exclusively to the United Kingdom & Ireland. We are committed to providing reliable nationwide coverage across England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland.
Shipping Costs
We offer Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time:Â 6 to 10 business days (Processing + Shipping).
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment at any time.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify it. In that case, you will need to follow our return process after receiving the package.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. If the package is still missing, please contact us at support@bestukwinter.com so we can assist you.
